Personal Data Protection Statement
This statement is issued by Fortune Asset Management Limited and its holding company GoFintech Quantum Innovation Limited, together with their subsidiaries and associated companies (collectively the "GoFintech Quantum Group"), pursuant to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the "Ordinance"), to notify you (the data subject) of certain matters relating to the collection of personal data, the purposes of use, and your rights to access and correct your personal data.

Please read the following before you send us any personal data.

Purpose of Collection/Use of Personal Data
In submitting personal data to the GoFintech Quantum Group, you agree that any such data may be collected/used for the following purposes:
(a) giving effect to your order relating to transactions or otherwise, and carrying out your other instructions;
(b) providing services in connection with any account maintained by you with the GoFintech Quantum Group, whether the services are provided by or through any member of the GoFintech Quantum Group or any other person;
(c) conducting credit enquiries or checks on you and ascertaining your financial situation and investment objectives, and enabling or assisting any other person to do so;
(d) collection of amounts due, enforcement of security, charge or other rights and interests in favour of any member of the GoFintech Quantum Group;
(e) marketing existing and future services or products of any member of the GoFintech Quantum Group;
(f) forming part of the records of the persons or any member of the GoFintech Quantum Group to whom the personal data may be passed;
(g) observing any legal, regulatory or other requirements to which any member of the GoFintech Quantum Group or any other person may be subject;
(h) other purposes related or incidental to any one or more of the above.

Transfer of Personal Data
Personal data held by the GoFintech Quantum Group relating to a data subject will be kept confidential but the GoFintech Quantum Group may provide such data received from you to the following parties (whether within or outside Hong Kong):
(a) any GoFintech Quantum Group member;
(b) any nominees in whose name securities or other assets may be registered;
(c) any contractor, agent or service provider which provides administrative, data processing, financial, computer, telecommunication, payment or securities clearing, professional or other services to any member of the GoFintech Quantum Group or to any other person to whom data is passed;
(d) any person with whom the GoFintech Quantum Group enters into or proposes to enter into transactions on your behalf or account, or persons representing the same;
(e) any assignee, transferee, participant, sub-participant, delegate or successor in respect of the data subject;
(f) governmental, regulatory or other bodies or institutions, whether as required by law, regulations applicable to any member of the GoFintech Quantum Group, or otherwise.

Transmission of Personal Data
There may be instances where data subjects elect to provide personal data to the GoFintech Quantum Group through electronic means (such as internet or voice recording systems). Whilst the GoFintech Quantum Group generally uses best efforts to maintain the security and integrity of its systems, due to many unpredictable transmission obstacles or other reasons, electronic communication may not be a reliable medium of communication. Data subjects should be aware of such weaknesses when transmitting personal data through electronic means.

Other Applicable Personal Data Statements
If personal data is collected on an application form for a certain activity, such as seminar attendance or employment applications, the personal data collection statement in such application form will supplement this Statement.
If you are a client of the GoFintech Quantum Group, the terms and conditions entered into between you and the GoFintech Quantum Group shall apply to the relevant account and will supplement this Statement. You understand that you may have been or may in future be requested to supply personal information from time to time to the GoFintech Quantum Group, and that in carrying out transactions contemplated under any agreement with the GoFintech Quantum Group, further information shall or may be collected by the GoFintech Quantum Group.

Access and Correction of Personal Data
Under and in accordance with the terms of the Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of information about you held by the GoFintech Quantum Group. Any such request may be addressed to Units No. 4102-06, 41/F, COSCO Tower, 183 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong. You understand that a fee shall be charged by the GoFintech Quantum Group for any such request. You also understand that a request for personal data on any request form or otherwise shall oblige you to complete the same, and any failure to do so may result in the GoFintech Quantum Group being unable to provide services to you.
If there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of this Statement, the English version shall prevail.
